Yesterday, I bought the Sabah Handmade Chocolate for my colleque.. I love to see this handmade chocolates... nyummy...

Simple Basic Butter Cake

This cake is my fave..

p/s: Aunty.. As your requested.. Enjoy baking.. :)

Ingredients:
2 cups of Self Raising Flour
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 1/2 cup of milk
2 drops Vanilla Essence
227g Butter (medium size)

Methods:
- Beat the butter and the sugar til butter turns creamy.  Put in the eggs one at the time.
- Put in the vanilla essences.
- Beat til fluffy and pale.  Then put in the flour and the milk and beat til all mixed well.  Finally, put in the cake tin and bake in oven for 40mins or til cooked in oven 200'C.

Tips:  to check whether the cake is cooked or not, insert a skewer in the center of the cake. If it's comes out clean, means it done!

Here my first trial of the recipe above.. it's not quite cook yet esp at the corner side if you notice it.  The reason is because, I only steam it as I do not have any oven at that time... huhu.... anyway.. the taste is still nice! nyammmsss..

Sewing Machine

Today.. erm.. should I address it yesterday.. yah.. it should be yesterday.. Nothing much we can do as the weather is not so 'cun' to do outside activities. Furthermore, I'm still not feeling well, so I should cut down my activities for a while..

What I do on Sunday (07 Nov 10)?

- helping my sister doing her do checklist for her wedding next year.
- survey a sewing machine for my birthday present.

Actually, I already own a sewing machine which is a normal one but not with the foot pedal.. However, i got problem in using dat machine.. (erm.. am i d problem person or the machine? LOL!)  Well, after nagging n another nagging, my hubby get tired of hearing it. So he decided to buy me a new one with a few stitches designs.. So, apalagi me.. happy bukan main cos i will get a new one.. Let's hope the look like will be like this...

Baking Sessions

Like other women, I do so love baking…  Yes! I am… A good baker??? I’m not.. just a beginner dat love cakes so much!!!  and no surprise for me, when me eldest son also loves to eat cake.. This year, I do bake some cakes but not often as so many constraints.. nah… dats normal.. like pepatah melayu; ‘di mana ada kemahuan, di situ ada jalan..’.

Avent Feeding Bottles

Yesterday i bought this baby bottles untuk my anak.. i heard a lot of gud things abt dis brand.. but pelik pulak.. why my son macam tak 'comfortable' wit it.. herm.. any possible reason aaa? help! help!

  actually.. i buy pun cos nak cuba kelainan sikit... tp anak pulak macam tak mahu.. hehehehee... sabar je la...

2012 movie

- tgh watching dis movie on HBO (date: 03112010, time: 2100H)... gosh.. some of the scenes nampak not so logic la pulak.. wat do u think.. anyway.. overall, for me.. ok2la dis movie... :)
