Cooking with deb - my own sushi version

Last night I have made my own sushi and I am very proud of it. I know the process was simple but hey I did it! To be honest I never been to Sushi King before. Heard from friends that there's a lot of amazing food with 'amazing price'... So that's the reason. Amazing price... Hihi.. Furthermore, I am not familiar with the type of food ended up it will cause some frustrations.

Ok talk about how I did it. I only use our normal rice, Seaweed, mayonese, local cucumber, sausage, slice of cheese. Maybe some of you will think why I use the ingredients which contradict with normal sushi. Well, the explanation simple. My objective is to varieties our lunch/dinner. So, by following my family taste it will avoid food wastage. Heeeee....

Steps:
1. Spread the seaweed with mayonese.
2. Put local rice then press onto the seaweed.
3. Spread again little mayo on the rice. (optional)
4. Put ingredients as per your preference (see pic). I put cucumber, Sausage and Cheese - all have cut into slices.
5. Carefully roll the seaweed started from the side contain rice.

Simple right? Actually all the process above will be smoother if you have the 'special sushi roller' look like a mini mat. But here I only use my baking paper. So start do your owb sushi!

Oh ya, the sushi sause, Supposedly you need the sushi own sauya sauce and wasabi. But I only use the tin can food - 'sambal udang' as the sauce. Yummm combination tho. Good luck peeps!
