What's cooking on 22 Sept 12
Hola... It's been a while since my last post rite... Well... Admit that yours truly has difficult time to divide my timing recently.. Lame excuses..lol!
Yesterday i cooked very very simple.. Its steam chicken with 'daun ubi'..
I've been practising myself all this while since having family to cook the simplest thing i can.. Reason to reserve my time so that I can do other hsecores and also spend time with the kiddos..
I just add salt, msg, ' daun bungkang', gingers, lemongrass, sesame oil and lastly daun ubi on the top of the marinate chicken.. Can add a bit of water if you want some soups ya.. Done with the marinade? Can start steam it... :)
