Kuih Jala

Ever see this 'kuih jala'.. It taste nice and crispy.. How we make 'kuih jala'?

Just mix up the rice flour with sugar and water.. Make sure you mixed it until the batter becomes sticky and dense..

Then, make sure you have a coconut shell (cut half and put few holes on it)... Pour the mixture into it and move the coconut shell in circle motion onto the hot cooking oil.. It's fun watching the mixture dripping like a net.. Fry for a while until the mixture forms like a 'plate shape' on the cooking oil..

Lastly, when the kuih turns into yellowish in colour, use a stick to fold it to a triangle shape or any shape as per your preference..

Enjoy!!!!
