Sambal belacan goreng

I love to eat 'sambal'... This recipe is very simple which i learnt to do this from my Father-in-law.... The taste is really superb!

Ingredients:
Egg , Shrimp paste, Anchovies, Chillies, cooking oil (all the ingredients depend on individually ~ see pic below):-


1st:  All ingredients above (except egg) shall be pounded roughly together. Until it looks like pic below:-


2nd:  Stir the sambal in the beaten egg. Mix well. Refer pic below:-


Finally:  Fry the mixed sambal with little oil until it become dry.
