Simple 3 layer meat pork soup

Today in Malaysia is no working day.. Me and the kids only stay at home relaxing.. Hubby working.
For today's lunch, i just cook very simple menu. Cabbage which i fried with chicken meat (reheat from lasnite dinner) and also 3layer pork meat soup..
Recipe was very simple as i only need garlic, ginger n lemongrass.. And oso some 'daun bungkang' (this what we called it in iban. Honestly i do not know how we called this dry leaves in english! Lol! Sorry peeps..)

Deb! I've heard about daun bungkang but never seen it before. where did you get it? Ada jual di pasar kah? heard that it adds more sedap to pansuh manok! Yums...would love to try cooking it with daun bungkang added into it!

Hi Mami.. if was not mistaken, in 7 mile market ada sell it.. Yup.. U r rite.. If u add this daun bungkang, the manuk pansuh will be sgt2 sedap cos this daun is the secret recipe.. nyammmmmmm....
